We require a flat, cleared area, from 14 feet to 30 feet wide, 8 feet tall and 6 to 8 feet deep. We can’t set up on multi-level platforms, or in an area less than 6 feet deep.. WHEN WE ARRIVE We must have 4 or 5 “strong backs” (men or women) to help us unload our equipment trailer and set up the farm. We also need help to tear down and reload after our final program. |

We also need a sound person. This can be a responsible teen or adult. No special experience is required, just willingness to learn! It works best for us if the same person can run the sound for every program. We provide our own sound system.

At the close of every program, it’s Harvest Time! We always give those in the audience an opportunity to make a commitment to Christ. After we pray, we have a booklet and a “Decision Card” for those responding. Harvesters will pass out booklets and cards, and will help those who’ve prayed with us to fill out the Decision Cards with their name, address, etc. This is a 3-part form—the white copy stays with the book let so that the new Christian has record of the day they accepted Jesus. The yellow copy goes to the church to aid in follow-up. The pink copy is returned to Farmer Dave, so that we can pray for those mak ing decisions. What a great way to build the church! |
